Validation belongs on the target device
Latency, memory, accuracy and compatibility are deployment questions, not spreadsheet assumptions.
Measure what will ship
A deployment plan is credible only when it is checked against the constraints of the intended device. That includes response time, peak memory, output quality, power profile and runtime compatibility.
These measurements are not universal promises. They are evidence for a particular workload and target configuration.
Make the trade-offs explicit
Optimization changes a system. A rigorous loop keeps the original task requirements visible, so teams can decide which trade-offs are acceptable before deployment.
